Don’t mind me. I’m just sitting over here being impatient and shit. Anxious level 9000.

I see you don't like warranties.

Life is too short for warranties. MOD ALL THE THINGS!!

If it were a perfect world, I’d have a nice new car with a warranty, and an older car with mods. But it’s not, so I have an older car with mods.

I really want to put the headers back on my GTO, but smog and the level of work required has me not wanting to... Plus it won’t void all the warranty.

also dat floor coating is awesome

I like them, I’m just too impatient for the next 5 years/60,000 miles.

Where do you live? One of the perks about living in Nebraska.
![]() 02/04/2016 at 13:31 |

Central Coast of California.

Hmmm, nice weather or no emissions. Tough decision :p

You didn’t say fun roads, so congratulations, you can move to Florida!

Intake+full exhaust and whats in all the small boxes?
![]() 02/04/2016 at 13:41 |

Every 2 years is close enough to no emissions for me, plus the tune for the cam passed smog, so I just don’t have the time right now to put headers back on. I miss the sound though

Lord, as much as I hate winter I can't handle Florida summers! No fun roads in Nebraska but they're usually open! And it's nice having a race track in my town.

Supporting mods for the cam and stuff. Pushrods, lifters, etc.

WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

Florida summers suck. The summer that I moved to Florida, I drove up to Alabama (300 miles) to see friends. We were outside when a friend asked how I wasn’t burning up because I was wearing long sleeves. Humidity is terrible.

Did you opt for the dual mode exhaust or no? The Dual mode on Yamahogs 15 SS 1le sounds amazing. If we do headers were going to keep the mufflers.
Good luck with the mods!

I did but the prototype Corsa sent isn’t NPP. It’s free though so I won’t complain. I might get their NPP version down the road.

Oooh, look at Mr. Fancypants here. New headers that will actually fit his car.
![]() 02/04/2016 at 14:05 |

Lol, hopefully. I heard Kooks were having issues. These are ARH.
![]() 02/04/2016 at 14:08 |

I’m sure it will still sound awesome. Corsa makes very nice stuff.

I’m being unnecessarily snide because I myself just bought a set of Hedmans for my project, which by the time I’m done will be nothing like they started, because reasons.
Clearance reasons.

What are they going on?
![]() 02/04/2016 at 14:12 |

Dont argue with free lol! It would bug the hell out of me to have a switch in my car that doesnt work though lol.

A Rover V8 which is mounted waist-deep in the firewall of a 63 Ranchero.

Lol, if anything the NPP does add the sweet 4-tips and different valence, so at least I still got that look.

Oh my... God bless you.

Having a warranty on a Chevy is over-rated, anyways... Which reminds me I need to call the dealer about my Colorado making weird noises.

Make sure your key-chain isn't 5lbs.

Wrong car.
![]() 02/04/2016 at 15:36 |

Could be why so many GM cars are “push to start” now lol
![]() 02/04/2016 at 15:43 |

Probably. I’m glad the truck has a key, I think the whole push button is just another electrical gremlin waiting to happen in 10 years.
I still haven't had the ignition recall done on the LBC. Whoops... I've yet to find a dealer I trust enough for it.

It's a race car, I'm sure you got a fire extinguisher ready when needed.
